The FCL Camp Teen Girls - Silicon Valley is dedicated to providing young women with opportunities to explore the wide range of careers available in both the public and private construction sectors.

The Northern CA camp began in 2025 for girls in grades 8-12. This program, which offers hands-on experiences and direct engagement with professionals in various trades, is designed to introduce students to the construction industry, build confidence, foster teamwork, and develop problem-solving skills. 

Partnering with local Silicon Valley industry leaders, our goal is to challenge outdated perceptions of construction careers and broaden the vision of what a successful, fulfilling career can look like.
